Those are most likely adjustable coilovers at their lowest setting. It may look good but is not practical for daily driving. You can throw on neuspeed race or H&R race springs that will drop that much but your stock struts and dampers will only last about a week. If you want something cheap that yields good handling results and a subtle drop go with the H&R Sport springs or Eibach or Neuspeed. Ive got the H&Rs and as many can attest it makes all the difference in the world.

Brian those are coil overs set to about the lowest setting . Coilovers ( full set ) will run you about 1200 bucks . You can get Ground control unit but they dont come with any struts. They run about 300 bucks . If you want a lower stance just do springs and theyll drop you a 1-1 1/2 or so . Let me know if you need any help doing the suspension.
