I have been porting my 1.7 head this weekend. Anyway I am almost done when I look at one of the exhaust ports and decide it needs a little more taken off. I procede to perform my art work cautiously since the coolant passage is very close to the exhaust port. When I am done I flip the head over to get a better look at the port and much to my surprise I went through to the coolant passage! F I spent all of that time for nothing! Oh well no big $ loss.
