vw are fast, just not a 2.0. But i agree, slam it and get nice wheels. Or sell it and get a vr6. or better yet use it as your daily and get an MK2

well its a project, it would be the first ever fast 2.0, i got dreams that it will go fast, shit im thinkin about taken it to rwd, yea rear wheel drive, shit anything possible these days

So basically you want to build a car from scratch? If so, there are MUCH better platforms to start with than a 2.0 MK4 Jetta. My honest advice is to not spend any money on it. Get a project car to have fun with, cause you will dump TONS of money in the 2.0 and it will still be slow. Instead spend that money on a light cheap car that has some real potential (maybe a MK1).
P.S. - you do realize what it would take to make a Jetta RWD right?

yea i realize wat it would take. i mean come on think about it. first ever rwd jetta, that would be sick i know it would be tons and tons of work and money but man, wat would u say if u saw a rwd jetta doin a burnout
