The title says it all. There will be a car show at 1552 Design in Sarasota on Feb. 18. Open to VWs and Audis.

Sure stop on by. I have the directions around here somewhere to there shop and Ill post those. Last year there were some nice cars that showed up. One guy brought a race prepped Porsche. It looked normal on the outside but when it started up it sounded like a big-block V8. I should have a pic somewhere.

 

Sorry havent been on in a few days. Thanks for mentioning it Joe. Heres the skinny:

Sat. Feb. 17 - trying to get something together at Desoto for the morning test and tune. There are going to be quite a few people here from out of town some with some crazy cars. Most of the local people have only seen supercharged VWs. There are going to be some turbo VWs with 300-400hp. A good amount of Audis too.

Sun. Feb. 18 - the Show n Shine is not a typical car show. No judging no entry fees no pressure. Open to all cars to show up but geared more towards VW and Audi. I have heard of some nice Japanese cars coming out though so its cool for everyone.

Thats the basics. More detail to come.

How to get to 1552 Design

Take I-75 to exit 39 (Fruitville Road)
Go west on Fruitville
At 1st light (west of I-75) turn left (Cattleman Rd)
Follow Cattleman to first stoplight turn left (Palmer Rd.)
After overpass take immediate right (Porter Rd.)
Go 1/2 mile to Porter Lake Rd. Turn Right.
Follow road around the bend and go straight.

1552 Design is towards the end of the road on the right.

Look for all the cars!
