Default Eibach lowering springs install

I am installing Eibach lowering springs on a mrk 3 jetta Friday morning.... I was wondering what the best way to do this was? What tools do I need and how long should it take? Also, the guy wants an A/F ratio gauge intalled along with a vaccum gauge?

I know that it will go much easier if you disconnect the front sway bar when trying to get the struts out of the towers on the front. Thats just a tip.
