Just a spring/shock combo

When you see a cup kit ie. 60/40 its the % drop over stock i believe.. (correct me if im wrong)

There are two cup kits available, from what I know. They are a stiffer/lower matched spring set mated with shortened matched struts.

H&R Springs makes one, FK makes the other.

60/40 is not percentage, but mm of drop. I have the H&R Cup Kit for my GLi, and love it.

EDIT: (avoiding confusion) 60mm drop up front, 40mm drop in back- because from the factory the ass sags.

correct. You don't want just lowering springs because when you go over a bump the springs will completely extend while the struts are still traveling. When the struts come back down they'll 'bounce' off of the springs.

www.Fixxtuning.com I believe does the FK

www.tirerack.com is the cheapest for the H&R, then it's www.bahnbrenner.com (BBM)

I got my H&R from BBM and had the Fixx crew put it on.
