My buddy has a legacy GT and he wants to trade rims with me....I did a quick photoshop what do you guys think...

I would say no but that's me, rims that have a lip on them look best IMO for VWs. If you like them go for it.

I have on stock montes right now.... yeah vws looks good with rims with a lip but I ve been there done that....I have my rims already im just riding on stocks while i refinish them in my spare time

I would polish the montes if it were my main wheels....but I just have them on until i finish polishing my sawblades.....polishing is a bitch its going on about a month from i started and I only have one and a half done

I think it looks cool...what size are the rims? If it looks like your photoshop pic then go for it.

The rims are 17s but it more than likely wont fit without spacers due to a offset of 56
