I don't mind Kyle, but I do find it odd that I never really see him post up anywhere. I'm not a cocksucking fag, so if those are the two options...

 

I do not post as much as much as others do because I'm more of a reader. If i have insight on something, I will help, otherwise I watch. I visit at least once a day. Besides, its not like you guys require a crap load of modding anyway. The biggest thing that needs to be modded in this form is "wrong forum posts"(which, strangely, there are a lot of). Do I need to make a post ever time I do something to alter this forum? err no. The reason this forum is clean of crap is because of the modding we do. It's better for people to not feel like they're being governed when they really are

Volvo guy, you seem cool. I like reading posts by MrniceGuy and 3doorwhore. Heck, these guys are the only thing keeping us alive! But, if you were here way back when, There was a time when the vw/audi forum was number TWO!!!!!! just under the honda tech forum. CRAZY, huh?!?! that was just before the TampaVeedub.com days. Then there was a decrease because everyone went to Tampaveedubs.com Then Tampaveedubs.com died and some of them still lurk here others go to Vwfixx now. And there are some new people that still start out here on TR. A little history you guys, as confusing as it may have sounded. I dont know what my point was.

 

very true. to be honest I havent seen any problem in the vw/audi forum that you havent been there to fix. the fact that you dont make your modding duties known such as saying things like "moved" when a thread is in the wrong section or "keep the crap out" if you have to delete a post that was irrelivent to the topic doesnt really matter. as long as the job gets done.

 

I vote kyle posts more and we give him another chance.

 

thats when i was a lurker...back in the days of tampaveedubs..i didnt have my vw..and i was still fascinated by the vr6..but i dont like fixx...vortex is a bunch of assholes...i've been trying to keep this section alive now..and i've been tryin to bring people in...its slowly but surely picking back up..

Another reason I don't post much is because I don't like to sound like I'm showing off stuff. You know on some forums(not this one) there's that guy that gets everything he wants and posts it as soon as he gets it just to make everyone else envious. Yeah, that guy. But, I will start using the forum to keep a record of my rebuild progress on here with pics if it adds any sort of interest.

 

your not showing off anything..if anything it should motivate everyone else...you better fucking post if you do something new to your car..
