That sucks. I didn't know they shut the site down. That's really kinda sad. I guess it doesn't matter since I don't own a VW anymore.

Tampaveedubs was a total success. LOTS of friendships were made and it was just time to let go of the site. Thanks for that pic regina, i have that one sitting in a frame on my desk


The pics are sort of a memorial for some of the best fun times we've had over the past few years. I can honestly say i've never had more fun with any else in my entire life.

 

I agree, Kyle. It's just hard to let go of some things, especially things that made you happy. I always appreciated you guys and I tried to show that as much as possible. TVD really opened me up to a whole new world that included cars, beer, and laughter. I'm not trying to sound gay, but I started crying when I saw those pics. <3

Yeah, TVD meant a lot to many of us... It served it's purpose though. It's sad to see it go, but we're all still friends and such, so it's not so bad.

 

The fixx is great, I was never too involved with TVD, I always thought I was cool doing my own thing.

The Fixx is bigger and better, We have clubs all over the world, TVD was good but VWFIXX is where it at.
