i dont think a chip for a 2.0 golf will do much. In my opinion it's not worth it. They'd probabaly run yah like 80-150 or something? and give you like 3whp

Agreed, waste of money for a 2 liter. But usually what they do is change timing a little bit on an NA motor, nothing drastic. If it was a turbo car, then it would be a different story.

CAI= $45 on ebay, and exhaust is about all you can do w/o spray that will give your car a bit more power

Motor swap?? Or massive motor work. Port and polish the head, cams, bore and stroke, lighten and balance everything so you can rev to 9k, through some high compression pistons in and you are good to go. All of that would cost probably three times a turbo kit and would yeild half the power. Bottom line, 2 liters stink for performance, but do what makes you happy. A nice direct port set-up could be installed, run a 150 shot.
