I think i have finally gave in!
I went out car shopping yestday and stumbled upon a 2002 GTI. I have been thinking about a VW for a while now. Its a 1.8t/6 speed. I go tomorrow to try to finalize the deal.

WOOHOO!!! Tomorrow is the big day, im going in and having the paperwork overnighted to Arkansas for my dad to cosign. I hope she is not a piece, i want to mod it not repair it

Yeah they let me take it around the block. Im going back today to take it out for a while. I dont want it if they wont let me.

1.8t 6-speed?!?! Is it a 20th Anniversary or 337? I'm assuming. Otherwise it isn't a 1.8t (unless the 04's have 6-speed).

Well come to find out, there was an issue with the 02s. They were supposed to come out with 6 speeds, but they were equipped with 5 speeds. They didnt bother to change the knobs, so they say 6 speed. Its all good though, im not going to get that one. They didnt want to sell it very bad, so i dont want to buy it very bad.

Hahahahha. That is stupid. They didn't bother to change the fucking knob! WTF is up with VW?!?! How silly is that! Anyhow, you wouldn't need 6-speed in a 1.8t anyhow. (I don't think so at least.)
