A short history of Shelby American's 427 Cobra, including the development prototype, the production prototype, the 427 works racer, and the abandoned 427 Supercoupe. This video identifies the people who made it happen -- Ray Geddes, Ken Miles, Bob Negstad, Phil Remington and Pete Brock, as well as the accountant who squelched the Supercoupe, and the "what if" question of the 427 Cobra Supercoupe vs. the Ford Mk II GT40. Also covered are the aluminum 427 Cobra replica and recreation cars.
