I knew Stallone and Winkler were in this but I didn't know Perry King was in this!! Wow! I met Perry King when I was working at a small FBO at Scottsdale Airpark in Arizona. He was riding along cross country with Lorenzo Llamas in a pretty new if not brand new Piper

Seneca that Lorenzo owned. This was in 2000. It was at night but I forget the time of year. I think it was fall. Anyway, I was working my way out of debt and building flight time, just like Mr. Llamas, so we talked quite a while about his plane and flight training in general. I told Perry

that I recognized him from a show he co-starred in during the mid 1980's called Riptide. I told him I loved that show and that it was great to meet them both. I fueled their plane, as this was a fuel stop from California to points eastward.

Super nice guys. Very gracious and just plain easy going and endearing. Nothing like the d-bags of Hollywood these days.
