“Elvira, Mistress of the Dark,” a.k.a Cassandra Peterson, stops by to talk about her iconic character, Elvira, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year. The character debuted in the fall of 1981 and soon became an overnight success as the only nationally syndicated horror show. “Elvira’s Coffin Table Book,” a 240 page photographic retrospective with original commentary by Cassandra Peterson, is currently available.
