fantastic plot edit concerning the dart and the kamino system. ok, the fight on kamino is fine to be omitted but the dogfight is awesome. cutting that was a mistake.the way you have crafted the story is great but a little candy isn't a bad thing. i feel like shmi should already be dead and anakin just murders the tuskens outright. you took out the dogfight but left in the conveyor belt scene? that is a terrible scene. having yoda pull out his saber and dooku ignite his then pull down the column over ob1 could negate the saber fight all together. personally the only time i was ok with yoda using a saber was to cut off the troopers heads.

If you only watch one scene, watch the scene about It's the infamous "I hate sand" chat up lines. It now is non spoken flirting / first kiss.

The deleted scenes being re-added was a good idea, they do seem more effective after being re-cut. Overall I'm not as impressed with this one as the Phantom Menace but... it's asking a lot to fix this and it's still a lot more effective than the original. I disagree about Yoda, the legend about him was that he was a great warrior. Characters change and Yoda could have progressed a lot since the Clone Wars.

The fight's execution could probably have been better but that's another issue, I wouldn't have all Yoda's action parts removed just because that's how the audience remembers him. That Dooku twist would have been great except that he was the main instigator for Sidious... Perhaps someone else is the real instigator in this hypothetical situation. Edits like this are important/ interesting, they really show that there was definitely something that could have been done to at least improve the movies. If he could accomplish this with such limited access to resources then Lucasarts should have been able to do even better.
