Analysis:
When you have a crew prepping the track, that is a clue as to who takes it seriously.
Looks like the white car was by himself. probably drove it there.
First race, the red car got him on starting technique and the cars were the same speed.

At the gas station, cops waited until he was on the street. On the street is their turf and they can pull you over for many reasons, valid or not if you are driving.

If that car was on a trailer immediately, he's not driving it and there may be no probable cause to stop someone pulling a trailer when the car has no driver at the wheel.
