LOL at footage..... It shows:

1. Two vehicles obstructing traffic lanes (not due to breakdown issues)
2. Two vehicles preparing to street race
3. Spectators to an illegal activity
4. Speeding vehicle
5. Impact of Speeding vehicle on illegally stopped vehicle

Insurance company of truck will have a field day with this footage.
