Tin can.... The owner stated the car weighed in at 2660lbs. As impressive as it is, I'd have more respect for guys like this if they didn't try and pass off these gutted race car's as "street cars". Just for comparison my car weighs in just at 3,000lbs. I can't see how you can get an Evo under 2,900lbs without removing the things that make it an actual street car such as a/c, radio, speakers, air bags, etc.. and turning it into race car status.

I'm confused.... they changed the head studs and valvetrain (an internal mod) IMO but its still called a stock block? What do they consider stock? Shortblock maybe? Cause to me the top end has been modified so you can't call it a stock longblock. I could be splitting hairs but thats the way I see it.

By "stock block" they are referring to the short block. IE: Stock rods, stock rod bolts, stock pistons, etc...
