repost it elsewhere (facebook, myspace, other forums).. take it with a gain of salt.. but watch it.. think about it.. but most importanly.. talk about it.... Wait for the day the internet goes down.. (because it was "hacked by some other gov't") what will you do when we cant share our information quickly and freely... Be ready for that day...

Did you ever stop and think that maybe "turn off the internet" was a figure of speech? While this idea is outrageous, the government could always disconnect users from their ISP by ordering them to shut down, or if you're a loony, "taking over control."
No, they cannot shut down the internet, but they can disable millions of peoples connections if they wanted too.
