Default Subaru lost control and fell down into a water trench

YouTube - Subaru Impreza towing

WHAT HAPPENED:

yesterday evening in Kaiserslautern / Einsiedlerhof.

lots of cars and skreet racing there every weekend.

I was watching a Vette and a Shelby GT500 doing some runs, also an SRT-4 and two Imprezas, after some runs I went to the the parking lot to talk with a friend about his GT-R Vspec....but when we heard a squealing noise and people running around everywhere I walked back to the "strip" to watch what happened.

A Subaru Impreza WRX spun out while attempting to do a handbrake turn and fell down the trench.

When I arrived the scene I saw the driver crawling up the trench, yelling in english "no police! no police!"

so it was one of the American Air Force guys xD xD

some friends of him showed up with a Jeep and a rope but couldn't pull him out, they don't even tried.

while I was watching the scene someone told me that the driver wasn't the owner of the car

after some minutes a towing truck with a winch showed up.....the driver was a friend of the Subaru driver and agreed to pull the Subaru out without telling anybody for 200 bucks....thats illegal!

But it was impossible to pull the Impreza out of there, a towing truck with a lift clamp (don't know the right word for it) was needed.

Then shit started for the Subaru driver when a random German Police cruiser drove by......after some minutes there were two German Police Cars and an US MP Cruiser and luckily a decent towing truck.

the first towing truck driver is facing some serious problems because of his actions, he might lose his job.

Good thing here in Germany or around here is, the cops don't do anything as long as they don't catch you racing...there were like 200 cars and everybody was free to stay after all

--->oh and yea, I added some fooling around at the end of the video

yes

einsiedlerhof - Google Maps

the parking lot you see there is usually packed with cars every weekend.the treeline south of Von-Miller-Straße is the place where the Subaru crashed in.

If you zoom out and scroll left there's Ramstein AB, less than 5 minutes away.....the parking lot is directly in the ABs landing path, so Galaxys and other planes come in pretty low there
