I can just imagine how that conversation between the cops went. "We'll we can't really charge him with unlawful cleaning... DAMNIT! There goes my saturday night!"
No cop hater here, but seriously... that amount of law enforcement for some kid with a roll of shop towels is just unnecessary. They could be out chasing, I meaning arresting, drug dealing prostitutes.
