Took him a while and some top end speed to beat that evo. On a real track that could have possibly been a loss for him on both the 1/4 and the 1/8, but impressive none-the-less.

^Yea I guess if he goes to the track with street tires. LOL Obviously the car isn't setup correctly. Suspension/tires/lsd/boost by gear go a long way.

Not sure why you mention street tires. The vid clearly shows him putting some race slicks before he goes up against the evo. It appears the only thing that eventually allows him to catch up in the end is a greater power to drag ratio since that evo was beating him hard out of the hole.
