Not real. Pay careful attention to which valve is letting in the 'mist' and the cheesy flames shooting out from the same valve, lol.
If this was a real cylilnder video the flame would be a well defined front travelling from the spark plug towards the piston.
The spark also lasts for too long to be real as well.
