If no one is on the road and you and your boys decided to go up on one. Than so be it, ya it may be illegal, but it's only illegal if you get caught
I been in 3 bike wrecks, not one of which was involved by my stunting. Like what was stated before, two were because people in their late 30s/40s weren't paying attention. And the third was some ass decided to side swipe me because he caught his girl checking my shit out. Not my fault he doesn't keep his girl happy.
