Is for the water-to-air intercooler. By plumbing this in to the water system of your Water to Air Intercooler and adding ice, it is possible to get intake temperatures BELOW ambient air, resulting in tremendous power gains..

Yeah did you see the xspower aluminum box under the hood? It has no front mount. It circulates ice cooled water past the charge air to supercool it. A.K.A drag car only.
