This is so important... The crime DOES NOT FIT THE TIME...
The Corpus Christi Caller-Times reported that the damage to private property from Perez's tagging amounted to $7,300. Blogger Will Sherman at Animal New York calculates that the cost to taxpayers of incarcerating Perez for eight years in Texas would have amounted to $140,000.
Even at ONLY 2 years with his sentence being reduced... $$$ = does not equate to just making the lil painting punk PAINT CC city and any other vandal jobs...If the county is re-newing a face of a wall or fence or ANYTHING! He should be the one to re-face and paint it rather then having a salary or hr worker do it and they can be held responsible to go tackle more effective and efficient city maintance jobs (FKN FLORIDA POT HOLES!!!) on their list rather then wasting time and money on such things/small touch ups...IMO as a tax payer...Any one else?

^ yeah...I actually draw...and don't consider that GRAFFITI...That is more what the call, BOMBING or TAGGING... Just a lil scribblish style that normally is their name (real or TAG name)... Really, no art in it...Just VANDALIZING! I have a TAG also...But mine ONLY goes on paper!

yeh, I went thru that little phase myself when I was in high school, out @ all hours of the nights, but now Ill just fuck around on paper. Not really worth the trouble w/ the law. Than when your parents start noticing shit @ home they see when there shopping isnt cool.
