It's not. There's no way possible. It says in the vid description 1.6 SOHC Fully Built. It's gotta be on boost and/or spray.

i dont think its sped up.....i think its a low 13 sec car and the 240 is slow as balls

I dont think it is fake.. if it was sped up his voice would be too inless they edited in the voice..

I bet hes on spray.

edit: I found this video he uploaded, Im not sure if its the same car though.
