the one... my compression is 12.5-1, prolly dropped down a lil being that i have a 40thou head gasket tho, but im building a new motor/ turbo setup for the hatch as we speak, not that it doesnt run right now, but its been getting painted for a month. bout to look so crispy

 

Nice, I was asking because I have been doing a lot of reading on compression and I saw your specs in your sig. Why don't you boost your current engine and run e85 with it, it seems that people are running up to 13.1 with boost and alcohol based fuels.

yes get a nice fuel system and boost that high compression engine, as long as u have nice pistons and rods u'll be good to go with e-85..

12.5 compression 20lbs of boost with e85 and lets say a 6765 billet turbo = easy 650whp.

 

We plan to, he isnt had his car out in awhile so we havent had a chance.

I dont think it will stomp me, but Im sure he will beat me the way his car rides with his retune. I need to quit being lazy and turn up the boost.
