from what I saw, Its not tha lack of power that would make you lose. Its that turbo that is bigger then half the peoples head on TR (suprisingly enough)

 

car needs work and up the rev limiter, then it will be good to go. the car is really for the track and not the street. just waiting to get a tranny, then will be heading to the track.
