Did the driver have Parkinson's? He was wobbling all over his lane.

Also, tell me why it is that at 56 seconds into the video, he's in the left lane, but then he switches to the right lane, only to realize there's a car in front of him and switch back into the left lane where there was no traffic in the first place...
