old vid and i believe that happened because his lugs had the wrong thread not because of them being torqued. besides most legit sanctioned events check to see if your wheels are torqued to the minimum of there specs before they allow you out on the course.

so purchase the correct equipment or this could happen to you.

ah,,, i dont know about the specs for drifting but i do own a repair and paint shop and it was just funny to me because you have no idea how many of my employes dont tourqe the lugs right,,, it really must have sucked for that dude though

 

yeah not tourqueing is bad i never let a car leave a shop without tourqueing the wheels.

 

yeah they dont work for me any more,,, bad thing is one is my brother-in-law

 

damn but you gotta do what you gotta do i guess its a habit for me because when we would go to sebring or somewhere you had to for safety reasons then it just became second nature

 

yeah,, i mean if a family was going across the country and i sold them a set of tires for thier trip and a damn wheel fell off and killed some one i would not be able to live with myself
