Jesus christ, after watching the video a few times, you can see that the baby was a good 2-3 feet away from gunfire. This guy seemed to know what he was doing, and had the right to do what he did. Everyone's bitching about what MIGHT of happened, but did it? No. The baby is fucking fine, and the burglar is not. I will give the woman with the kid the benefit of the doubt, and say that possibly the suspect told her not to move or he will shoot (which would have been able to be heard, had the person that edited the video not put a shitty song over the sound), because if not, she is fucking mentally retarded for not getting out of the way.
