thats the dumbest shit ive ever seen! Ive seen emergency vehicles run thru lights and it doesnt change for them.. Im gunna have to send this to mythbusters!

emergency vehicles are being equipped with a transmitter that turns certain street lights, in the direction that they are headed, green when they are running emergency. So, its possible, but probably unlikely to work using a tv remote.
