I think the cop might have acted inappropriatly in this instance and yes there has been others too but to say "I hate cops" as a generalized comment is stupid IMO. This cop did what he felt he had to do and is probably facing the ramifications of his actions. But you can never be to careful when dealing with the unknown.

then you stand on the other side of the situation before you get all wanna be high and mighty with your FTP attitude. he was told to obey, he didn't. he was in the process of being detained when he resisted by ripping his hands away from the cuffing officer. at that point I would not be jeopardizing myself or anyone else on the scenes safety and would not allow the detainee a chance to inflict harm. the situation was handled appropriately. Im sorry if you are only in highschool and the only time you have ever run into the law was when you were doing something stupid/wrong/illegal and you arent man enough and honorable enough to admit it, but rather tuck tail and claim how you weren't in the wrong and all the other wonderful things you would do to a LEO should they do something like that again.

and don't lie, cause im sure you have some story about some guy you know who had something done to them unjustly yadda yadda yadda...and the reason i know this is i have watched this video aswell as you...i know the facts of the video but yet, you act like your the only one who has seen it, and its appropriate to embelish what was in it...there were not 20 cops there..maybe 10...maybe..then your claiming none of them have balls...they are clearly all male..balls were present at birth...balls are present when they wake up in the morning, throw on a vest, and clip on the badge..all to protect the public from eachother, and even more so, themselves...you probably bitch when you get a speeding ticket...what happens when your speeding causes you to not be able to stop in time for that red light? you might get lucky and have enough people paying enough attention to avoid you blasting through the light, or you might get unlucky, and the car full of HS kids leaving school with you stops in time for the light, but you rear end them....you rear end them hard enough that they end up in the crosswalk. on top of another student.

yea, but the key part of that test he failed was the "Have you been drinking tonight?" portion. not to mention from our camera angle it was hard to determine what exactly his eyes were doing for the pen test, but with the stumbling and forgetfulness, i have a good idea.
