That thing is nasty. Were you using an R154 with the typical marlin crawler upgrades? If so, how did it hold up?

R154, with a Triple disc carbonetics clutch. Sigggghhhh....It held very well....Even launching the car it did okay. With that tranny you have to shift smarter not harder.

Well that's good to hear. From what I was able to find that's pretty much what the consensus is on supraforums. That they will last, you just cant shock the crap out of it when your making 500+ tq. Although in a lighter car like an s13 your not loading quite as much as in the sc300's and mk3's.
