Cops fighting young kids for skating boarding

In these situations (people skating where they're not supposed to) I'm usually on the cops' side, but this guy was outta control, putting a little girl in a headlock is a little over top I hope he gets punished.

I'm so glad those kids were able to film that. I seriously hope he gets fired and if I were those kids parents, I'd sue the shit out of him.

if you search youtube(cop vs.skater) there are so many cops that use 'over the top' force when it comes to kids that have a 3rd of the knowledge and strength of these officers..
