It's been going on for many many years. You simply get to see it recorded and posted to the internet nowadays due to technology.

It's about time, too. Everyone should have a camera with them and be capturing this shit.

There are fucking pigs and there are police officers who protect and SERVE the PUBLIC properly with respect for citizens and their rights. Unfortunately the ratio isn't 1 pig for every 50 good officers.
