wow that would suck a ton. hitting a deer is bad enough but when it screws up a rally for you thats an even bigger pisser
they are giving road directions, that way the driver knows what’s coming up the numbers correlate with how tight the turns are

Called pacenotes... so that we can concentrate on 1-2 turns at a time and not get caught up thinking about turns coming up. Becomes a muscle memory thing when you hear "50 m, Jump. Into immediate right hand bend, 2. Tightens caution, don't cut" You just do it as it comes up. While I am taking the turn, I get the next information on the upcoming part of the track.
