jesus it's not that bad

 

It looks like a standard German Issue Riffle with a grenade launcher attached to it. I've personally fired an American version of that weapon(M203) which is an m16 with a grenade launcher attached to it and there is no where near as much kick shown in that video! To be honest there's no kick at all.

I think it was a joke too..... a grenade launcher has a certain punch, but not that much it could sweep you off your feet.

That rifle doesn't look like a G3, I don't even know what kind of Army those guys are from?

I don't know from which Kanton (State) those soldiers are, but it's no german swiss they talk. Maybe from the french or italian.
