if you sign the waiver your responsible for the damage... if the shop has a good heart they will take care of it and some ...

That dyno operator was obviously not holding the steering wheel after the run was over which induced the reaction you saw in the video.

He should have used the outside hook points on the dyno instead of the inner hooks...
