Ok i know this is a video link, but the reason i post it here is because it would make for good discussion, seeing as how some good points were made.

The reporter made a good point, saying "there is no law saying you cant change your motor change your wheels or change your exhaust system" as soon as he said that i was like "....son of a bitch."
Then he says all that could all change if people keep racing.

is it actually illegal to do anything to it or only certain things pertaining to the exhaust system were illegal?
