This is from a Girl Skateboard Co. video. It's about 5 years old. This version has different music than the original though i think. They did it by painting the boards all green, including wheels and everything and digitaly removing the boards.

Your right about everything except for the song. It's the same music as in the Girl Video. Movie itself if called "YEAH RIGHT !" by Girl skate co. I bought that movie sooooo long ago, lol.
