Default Ever wonder how to set water on fire?

I found this to be quite interesting. i think next time me and my girl have candle lit dinner imma use glasses of water and blow her mind!

lolol im jus gunna dump some water in my 240 and drop some flashlight batteries in there. and keep some matches stocked. we';; be good. running like what? 10 octane? lol

wonder what happens if i leave the batteries in to long. hhhuumm..... Bigger flame?

someone try this to make sure he didnt just put a few drops of gas or something in there. it coulda been methanol too lol, it looks like water.

dude its the acid burning from the leaked batteries man. its actually science. not a flammable substance. this can be done

i was under the impression that it was because it created hydrogen, but i figured it would only work if you had some way to capture the hydrogen like a balloon or something. if its the acid burning from the leaked batteries, then its not setting water on fire.

lol well thats a question you'd have to ask the guy doing it. cuz i didnt make this video. and if the water is burning away after a while then it is the water? i dunno. still pretty cool and would make some nice candles in your home with the ladie

well the water is gonna evaporate, but it wont actually burn unless its converted to hydrogen
