I wish our police would act like this. They don't have pepperspray because they can be sued for violation!!!!
or Tasers for example.....only the SEK (like a SWAT-Team) is allowed to use them....after asking for permission! WTF?

Damn that sucks for a curphew violation..... Pretty harsh... Supposed to be land of the free so why discrimate against age?? She shouldn't have resisted arrest though neither... That was her FAULT!
