Correct me if im wrong but the gauge on the vid was reading ~200 KM/H

It was more like 150mph. That happened in 2005 or so. It's the JUN / Stream Z. I'm pretty sure that the engine blew and engine bits went through a tire. The car was taken back to Japan to sit at the entrance to the Tokyo Auto Salon that year as a testament to safety, since Dai walked away.
