you can have those cars in san andreas. i think you either buy or go to a tuner shop and you can hook up your cars. or you could go to a mexicans driveway and hook up a lowrider. i think the PC version just has more options available.

edit: actually im sorry lol. i dont remember seeing a lancer or evo in the game hahaha. i only replied after a few seconds into the movie, and i was talking about the black car. my bad guys. it looks like it might be a different language too...maybe in france or something the GTA had different cars.

 

its a mod for the pc only to put real cars on game to remove original game cars i tried to do it didnt work

 

pc > console in this case.

You can add a retarded amount of cars, and bikes in the pc version by modding it. Along with planes, clothing, weapons...everything.
