From what I can see is that the cop was trying to mess with this guy and show him that he's in control by pushing his car and spraying him without a reason...the guy pulled over and had his hands up (can see that in the vid)
I hope that the police will learn something from this video...not to mess with people for no reason...there is a legal procedure that they have to follow I'm not saying that that driver had the right to kill that officer but this will make the other cops think twice before they try to mess with people for no reason .......Marine did a good job. thumbs up for that

 

fuck the officer, fucking prick had it out for that kid and thought he could just fuck with him whenever, maybe that ought to teach these fucking pigs a lesson on who to fuck with and not to use their authority to just fuck with people and do their fucking job. I have no respect for cops like him.
