If he has more boost and nitrous I would hope that he has broken the 10 second barrier . The blue car should be a very high 10 second car at the power level it is at now

Well if you got the NEW vtec controller , it has super JDM MAD VTAK Ultra Sweet VTAK control .
So if you got that one , yes 9's or even 2's are possible
