btw, LA County Bought LA County Raceway in the 80's becauseof the problem they had a few other counties bought them too and it dropped off but in the 90's the liberal bastards bitched that it was a waste of money to operate it and keep insurance up so it was sold, and now they have a problem again. I used to race there alot, and I mean about 12-15 runs a night and at a few other places, now I dont anymore because I seen 4 people killed in 1 night, I understand the need, but Take it to the middle of nowhere not in traffic, use your heads, I raced on the street for a good 15 years and it was paying for more parts and track fees. kinda funny huh, sponsor a night at sunshine, and this time dont screw it up by harassing people as they are leaving (last time they followed people out of the track and did their own tech inspection as you left) use your heads I dont want to read anymore banners on peoples sigs about another TR person killed Street racing.

Of all the crimes, driving on a dead road with no other cars and the racers knowing the risk, police make insane laws on this "crime", while real crime is out there getting commited with little attention, it is bullshit they keep raising the penalty of this. SR is now a bigger offense than most crime involving physical contact now, it is getting ridiculous, if rice wouldn't gather big crowds and attract attention, there wouldn't have been as much a problem with these new shitty laws. Why the hell are all these cars on (from what it looks like going the other way) popular roads with a lot of attention, and light to be seen.

There are obviously people who are benefiting from these laws, follow the money and the truth will become evident.

And secondly, how can you be ticketed for spectating, that is why we fought the nazi's in WW2; that is why we are killing people across the globe (including our own soldiers) Pursuit of happiness, Freeedom, USAUSAUSA!. This law is a savage hypocracy, just like the seat belt laws; whose fucking buisness is it if I want to put my life in danger on an empty road at 3am?? And where do these bastards get off telling me its Illegal to watch.

Shit they practically close the damn bridges down to bust ppl, so why not close one bridge down for racing?!?

 

Fight the abuse of power, the system will change if we make it change.
