thats def a homemade set of wheels and tires... nobody manufactures 40's for wheels or tires yet... asanti just released 34' and pirelli is the only one that is currently making a tire fitment for it... from my guess it looks like he used a retread from a semi tire and cut it down and found someway for it to adhere the wheel....
